Content that makes health and wellness feel clearer, easier, and more joyful for families. I create videos, courses, and collaborative projects that use story and science to make complex ideas feel more accessible. In 2025, I appeared in two short films, an experience that deepened my understanding of how powerful storytelling can be.

I build tools that support families where most healthcare actually happens... at home. Through my healthcare startup and collaborations within Stanford StartX, I create technologies that improve health literacy and help families feel more confident, connected, and cared for.I integrate storytelling and media into my work, bringing clarity to the way families experience health.

I speak on health literacy, joyful parenting, technology in healthcare, multicultural storytelling, and the intersection of medicine and creativity.

I advise healthcare organizations, startups, and media teams on family-centered design, clinical insights, and narrative strategy.

I partner with creators, educators, and media teams who share my commitment to bring joy and connection to health and wellness.

I’m a pediatrician-turned-entrepreneur and creator, driven by a simple truth I learned in clinic: families struggle because healthcare is unnecessarily complex. After nearly a decade treating kids, I began building solutions that help families feel more informed, connected, and supported. I co-founded a healthcare startup reimagining care at home, and I’m part of Stanford StartX. I also write children’s books inspired by my patients and my multicultural childhood, represented by Sheila Fernley at Storm Literary Agency. One of my manuscripts was a 2024 PBParty picture book finalist, and I'm honored to serve as the 2026 SCBWI San Francisco Scholar-in-Residence.During the pandemic, I studied acting at First Take to better understand how stories come alive on screen. In 2025, I appeared in two short films. This experience deepened my belief that storytelling can transform how families understand health. Whether I'm writing, building technology, or performing, I'm always searching for ways to make complex ideas feel human and accessible. After graduating from Yale College, I studied medicine in Israel, where I had lived as a child. My journey across three continents shaped my conviction that science, creativity, and community transcend language. Now, as a mother of three, I am committed to making health information not just understandable, but joyful. Whether I’m crafting a picture book, designing new tools, or filming content, everything comes back to one mission: helping families thrive. In my everyday life, I love making up songs with my kids, practicing the ukulele, exploring new recipes, and dreaming up our next family trip to Disney.
